What's Next After "Saving Jesus" Series – The twelve-part series "Saving Jesus" concluded on March 2, and we would like to thank all the people who took part in the discussions each week. It was a very faith-filled experience for us all, one that helped us re-evaluate our Christian beliefs.
We have obtained another twelve-part series called "Eclipsing Empire". It is a travel log of St. Paul's journey through the Roman world. The series is hosted by Marcus Borg and John Dominic Crossan, and we are planning to again offer the series in two sections - six parts in the fall of 2008 and six more in early 2009.
To give you some idea of the series, which is a definite departure from the focus of "Living the Questions" and "Saving Jesus", we will be hosting
a session in a few weeks' time at which we will show the first episode and then discuss how best to structure the offering of the series at Knox-
Metropolitan this fall.
So please watch for an announcement in a future edition of the Morning Glory, and join us following worship to preview
"Eclipsing Empire".
